The motivation to study dietetics begins with a Cooperation trip to the most rural areas of Nicaragua in 2002.
I had previously spent a season in the USA, so I was able to experience a great food contrast between two countries with totally opposite purchasing levels, but with similar lacks of nutrition education.

I started my dietetics studies at ISMET in 2007 and 1 year later I continued my official studies at the IPF Roger de Llúria in bcn. (2008-2010) School directed by Olga Cuevas.
After finishing my studies I began to dedicate myself to dietetics, combining collective catering in the school and health field,
(Alifrés, Clínica Girona), with private consultation.
In 2014 I deepened my knowledge by doing a master’s degree at the Camilo José Cela University in Madrid.
In parallel in 2007 I began the studies of Foot, Manual and Facial Reflexology at ISMET, and recently I have expanded my knowledge by delving into the world of auriculotherapy.

I started my dietetic studies at ISMET in 2007 and 1 year later I continued my official studies at the IFP Roger de Llúria at Barcelona. (2008-2010) School led by Olga Cuevas.
After completing my studies, I began to devote myself to dietetics, combining collective restorations in the school and healthcare fields, (Alifrés, Clínica Girona), with private consultation.
In 2014 I began deepen my knowledge by doing a Master's Degree of Clinical Nutrition and Hospital Dietetics at the Camilo José Cela University in Madrid.
In parallel with 2007, I began my studies in Podal, Manual and Facial Reflexology at ISMET, and recently expanded my knowledge of the world of Auricotherapy.
