1 teaspoon xia seeds
1 teaspoon flax seeds
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon aquafaba (optional)
Grated ginger to taste (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 sprigs of parsley
This recipe can be varied according to your taste, you can add nuts instead of seeds, you can add spices such as oregano, herbs or whatever you like and you can even change the topping. Aquafava, is the excess and reduced liquid of boiling vegetables that helps to curdle the dough, if you do not put it, it also comes out quite well.
Peel a squash, grate it and boil it for about 10 minutes. Once cooked, strain it and let it cool. Meanwhile, peel the avocado and cut it into slices.
