NATURAL STOMACH PROTECTOR

There are some foods and natural substances that can help alleviate various digestive problems.


Disorders in the digestive system are usually very common, whether due to poor digestion, poor nutrition, gastritis or a sore, among others. Heartburn and reflux are common for many people and they use stomach protectors without a prescription.


Here are some natural remedies that can help prevent or calm, at times, these digestive problems.


  • Aloe vera gel


Aloe vera gel fights acidity and is healing. It regenerates the intestinal mucosa and helps to heal wounds caused by ulcers. It is attributed anti-inflammatory properties and helps promote intestinal transit.



How to take: 20-30 milliliters before main meals.


The recommended dose should not be accessed because it could be counterproductive causing digestive upset and diarrhea.



  • Licorice


Licorice can help eliminate heartburn by covering it with a protective gel. Avoid ailments that come from the digestive system such as reflux or spasms. It has an anti-inflammatory function that helps to improve gastric ulcers.



How to take: Tincture- 500 mg / day divided into 3 times. Infusion- after main meals.


In case there is hypertension, it would be contraindicated as it raises blood pressure.



  • Appel cider vinegar


Apple cider vinegar helps soothe reflux and promotes digestion by neutralizing acidity.



How to take: 1 tablespoon with water before meals.



  • Papaya

Papaya neutralizes the action of acids by promoting the digestion of proteins. It is very suitable when suffering from gastritis, hiatus hernia, heartburn or heartburn. It has a softening and antiseptic action on the digestive mucosa.



How tot take: It can be consumed before meals to prepare the stomach for digestion, or a while later if there is poor digestive status for a very plentiful meal.



  • Raw potato juice/Raw cabbage juice

Both raw potato juice and raw cabbage juice are two great healers of the stomach and soothe the gastric mucosa when there is irritation or it is damaged. Cabbage juice stands out especially when there are ulcers.



How to take : 1 tablespoon after main meals.



It is not recommended to take potato juice for a long time because of its solanine content.
