How to cook Quinoa.
First of all we will wash it very carefully. Then we place it in a saucepan. For each part of quinoa add 3 parts water, and bring to a boil with the pan covered over low heat for about 20 minutes. It is important to make good cooking for good digestion.
How to make hamburgers
Sauté the onion, and then add the mushrooms, the grated carrot and garlic, and simmer. After about 3-4 minutes add the spinach, pepper and once cooked, add quinoa, sesame and turmeric and remove from heat. Take a flat spring and spread the mixture over it so that it cools quickly. Once cold, moisten our hands and make balls with the mixture, a little smaller than a tennis ball. We crush them lightly and flour them to agglutinate the mixture so that it does not melt during cooking. You can add a little water during the process (very little, in any case better to wet your hands) so that they are compacted. Preheat the oven to 180º for 10 minutes, and put a few drops of oil and the burgers on a tray. We'll bake it until it has a uniform golden brown on both sides, and we're ready to serve.
